This application is a local community-based social platform designed for communication between community members and administrators. Users can view posts, share updates, comment, react to content, and participate in community discussions and live streams.

2. User Content & Responsibility

Users may create and share content including posts, comments, reactions, and media.

All user-generated content belongs to the community that created it, and is stored and displayed within the platform.

However:

Users are solely responsible for the content they publish

The application and its developers do NOT take responsibility for content posted by non-administrative users

Content represents the views of individual users, not the platform or its developers

The platform acts only as a technical provider for content storage and distribution.

3. Moderation System

All user-generated content is subject to moderation.

The platform uses a strike-based system:

Each reported or flagged post receives strikes

When a post reaches more than 5 strikes, it is automatically removed from the system

Administrators may also manually remove any content at any time

Moderation is designed to maintain a safe and respectful community environment.

4. Administrator Rights

Community administrators have full control over the platform, including:

Deleting any post or comment

Reviewing reported content

Managing user accounts

Permanently deleting user profiles and all associated data

5. Data Collection & Storage

The application uses Firebase as its backend service for:

Authentication (user accounts)

Content storage (posts and comments)

Basic analytics and community features

We do not sell, rent, or share personal data with third-party advertisers.

6. Advertising & Monetization

The application:

Does NOT include advertising SDKs

Does NOT display advertisements

Does NOT include tracking or marketing SDKs

Does NOT include subscriptions, paywalls, or in-app purchases

Optional support features may exist but do not unlock content or functionality.

7. Permissions Usage

The application may request the following permissions:

Camera access: used only for creating and uploading posts

Photo library access: used only for selecting media for posts

Location access (optional): used only for regional/community statistics

No permission is used for tracking or advertising purposes.

8. Account System

Registration is required for posting and commenting.

Users must create an account to interact with content.

Browsing content may be available without login depending on system configuration.

9. Content Safety

All content may be reviewed using automated and manual moderation tools, including third-party APIs (such as OpenAI moderation systems) to detect harmful or inappropriate content before publishing.

Content violating community rules (hate speech, harassment, spam, illegal content) may be rejected or removed.

10. Community Ownership Disclaimer

All content created within the application belongs to the community of users who created it.

The platform itself does not claim ownership over user-generated content.

However, the platform reserves the right to store, display, and moderate such content within the application environment.

11. Liability Disclaimer

The application is provided “as is”.

Content posted by users

Misuse of the platform by community members

Users or administrators may request deletion of accounts and associated content.

Upon deletion:

User profile is removed

Posts and comments may be permanently deleted from the system

Related data stored in Firebase is cleared where applicable

AINIME app doesn't store and process personal data that you have provided to us, in order to provide my Service. It doesn't collect any face data. It uses standard Core ML data for filter and that’s all.
