AINIME app doesn't store and process personal data that you have provided to us, in order to provide my Service. It doesn't collect any face data. It uses standard Core ML data for filter and that’s all.
Diana Arustamian built the AINIME app as a Free app. This SERVICE is provided by Diana Arustamian at no cost and is intended for use as is.

# Clesqo — Privacy Policy

## Summary
Clesqo is designed to work entirely on your device. We do not collect, store, transmit, sell, or share any personal data. There are no user accounts, no analytics, no advertising, no tracking, and no third-party SDKs.
## 1. Data We Collect
**None.** Clesqo does not collect any data. The app has no servers of its own and never uploads your photos, videos, documents, files, or any other information anywhere.
## 2. How the App Uses Device Permissions
Clesqo requests only the permissions required for the features you explicitly use, and all processing happens locally on your device:
- **Photo Library (read/write).** Used to find duplicate and similar photos, screenshots and large videos; to compress or convert media you select; and to save the results you create. Media never leaves your device.
- **Camera.** Used exclusively by the built-in document scanner (Apple VisionKit) to capture document pages. Scans are stored only inside the app's local folders on your device.
Denying a permission simply disables the related feature; the rest of the app remains fully functional.
## 3. Where Your Content Is Stored
- Media you clean, compress or convert stays in your Apple Photos library, managed by iOS.
- Documents, scans and imported files are stored in the app's private sandbox on your device (and, if you choose a folder in iCloud Drive, in your own iCloud storage governed by Apple's terms).
- Deletion of photos and videos always goes through the iOS system confirmation dialog and Apple's "Recently Deleted" album (30 days), so you stay in control.
- The in-app Trash keeps deleted files recoverable locally until you empty it.
- Usage statistics shown in the app (space freed, items cleaned) are simple counters stored locally in the app's preferences on your device only.
## 4. Purchases
Clesqo offers a single one-time, non-consumable in-app purchase ("Pro — Lifetime Access") processed entirely by Apple through StoreKit. We never see or store your payment details; Apple handles the whole transaction. Purchases can be restored on a new device via "Restore Purchases".
## 5. Third Parties
Clesqo contains **no third-party SDKs, libraries, analytics, or advertising frameworks**. The app is built solely with Apple system frameworks (SwiftUI, Photos, VisionKit, AVFoundation, StoreKit, CryptoKit and similar). No data is shared with third parties because no data is collected.
## 6. Children
Clesqo does not knowingly collect any data from anyone, including children, because it collects no data at all.
## 7. Your Rights
Since we hold no data about you, there is nothing for us to access, correct, export or delete. Uninstalling the app removes all locally stored app content and settings from your device (content saved to your Photos library or iCloud Drive remains yours and stays where you put it).
## 8. Changes to This Policy
If the app's behavior ever changes in a way that affects privacy, this policy will be updated and the effective date revised before the change ships.

Audio Files and User Content
Users may import audio files from their device, Files app, or iCloud Drive.
All imported audio content is selected and provided by the user. The user is solely responsible for ensuring they have the legal right to access, store, play, record with, or otherwise use any audio content imported into the app.
Dzayn Music does not provide copyrighted music, does not sell music, and does not claim ownership of user-imported files.
Local Storage
Imported tracks, playlists, settings, artwork, and app preferences may be stored locally on the user’s device.
This data is used only to provide app features such as playback, playlists, lyrics, customization, and widgets.
Camera and Microphone
Dzayn Music may request camera and microphone access so users can record videos while music plays or while singing with lyrics.
Camera and microphone access is used only when the user chooses to record. Recordings are created by the user and remain under the user’s control.
Files Access
Dzayn Music may request access to selected files so users can import audio into the app.
The app only accesses files chosen by the user.
Internet Access
Dzayn Music may use internet access for optional features such as searching for music information, lyrics, metadata, or related content.
Data Sharing
Dzayn Music does not sell personal data.
Dzayn Music does not share user-imported audio files with third parties.
Analytics and Tracking
